Increase in Pending Home Sales in California
The hits just keep on coming. Pending home sales in California notched their sixth straight month of annual gains with the last four months registering double-digit gains.
In May, pending home sales in the state were up a strong 12.1% from May 2014.
The increase for pending home sales in Southern California was more modest, but did move back into positive territory from a downtick in April. The pending home sales statistic for May 2015 was up 12.5% from May 2014.
