Stability In Housing Market At Year’s End
A research report released by Case-Schiller Tuesday (December, 30 21014) reveals a stabilizing real estate market at year end with home prices in Los Angeles at the December, 2007 level. “In the Los Angeles area, prices were up 4.9% year over year, also the slowest annual gain since September 2012. Prices here ticked up 1.6% in October after being basically flat the last three months, and now sit at levels last seen in December 2007.”
